Connecting Domains and Publishing
Publish your station website, roll back to any earlier version, and connect a custom domain such as www.yourstation.com with automatic HTTPS.

Publishing puts your draft live at your free subdomain, and you can add a custom domain like www.yourstation.com at any time. HTTPS certificates are handled for you.
How do you publish?
- Make sure your Privacy Policy and Terms are confirmed.
- In the editor, choose Publish.
- Your site is live. Open pages update in place for listeners, and the player keeps playing.
Every publish is saved as a version. In History you can Make live any earlier version or Restore to draft to keep editing from it.
How do you connect a custom domain?
- Open your site's Domains tab and enter your domain.
- Add the DNS records shown at your domain provider:

| yourstation.com (root) | ALIAS, ANAME or flattened CNAME |
- Choose Check DNS. When the domain is verified and the certificate is ready, it goes live.
Which domain is used for search engines?
The first active custom domain becomes your primary domain. Use Make primary to change it. Your subdomain keeps working.
Frequently asked questions
How long does DNS take?
Usually minutes, sometimes up to a few hours. Check DNS again later if it isn’t verified yet.
Do I need to buy an SSL certificate?
No. Certificates are issued and renewed automatically.
Can I unpublish my site?
Yes. Unpublish takes it offline; your draft and history stay.
